Please order by part number. VERY IMPORTANT - AFTER YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER YOU SHOULD RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER ALONG WITH HOW TO TRACK YOUR PACKAGE. CONFIRMATION INFORMATION. PLEASE CHECK THE ORDER AND SHIPPING FOR ACCURACY.

Shipping: We ship from Florida Fedex Ground for as low as $8.50 to the lower 48 states only for orders costing up to $52.00. Purchases over $52.01 or additional units or parts may increase the shipping costs.  If you prefer expedited shipping such as 3 day, 2 day or overnight, please call 800-399-3224 to place your order and to obtain the additional shipping cost. If we're shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and other areas outside of the lower 48 states please call to place your order as this website can not calculate those shipping charges. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on any packages that are refused or returned. We ship Monday thru Friday up to 4:00pm Est.  We are closed on weekends and do not ship on national holidays!

Tax: Florida customers will be charged the applicable sales tax.

DOA: We will replace a unit if it becomes defective within the first 30 days. After 30 days, your repair warranty of 6 months to 3 years will go into effective. Call 800-399-3224 or email support@comfortel.com for information on replacing a DOA unit.

Repairs: Your equipment is warranted as specified on each product. It is your responsibility to return the equipment to us for warranty repair or replacement.  We will return the equipment to you via Fedex Ground at no cost to the customer during the warranty period. Ship repairs to Comfort Telecommunications Inc, 1407 SE 47th Terrace, Cape Coral FL 33904. Please include your name, contact phone number. Returns: You have 15 days to return the equipment for a full refund minus the shipping cost. Any missing paperwork or equipment may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or the cost of the missing equipment.
